This course empowers aviation professionals with strategies to mitigate fatigue, enhance safety, and ensure peak performance in every flight operation. Fatigue Risk Management (FRM) training is crucial to ensure safety, enhance decision-making, and optimize performance. It equips aviation professionals with strategies to manage fatigue, reducing human error risks and promoting a safer, more efficient operational environment.

This course provides a solid appreciation of the risks and safety components related to fatigue.  From this course you will be able to:

  • Explain effective FRM, so that your operation can reap the benefits
  • Explain recent development in FRM, including scientific advances and regulatory changes, to ensure your FRM is up to date
  • Identify strategies to build a more effective FRM in your organisation

The course ends with a written exam. A score of 75% or higher, along with meeting all other certification criteria, is required for the issuance of a certificate of completion.
